Advanced Stop Motion Camp: Summer 2026 (July 27 - 31, 2026, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Salt Lake City)

Ready to level up from basic animation to cinematic storytelling?  🎬

Our Advanced Stop Motion Camp is built for students who already understand the basics and are ready to create more polished films. 

Over 5 days, students will: 

🎬 Refine animation techiques and movement 

 💡 Learn advanced storytelling and scene planning 

 💡 Use lighting, angles, and effects to enhance their films  

 🧱 Build more detailed sets and dynamic scenes  

By the end of the week, they'll produce a more advanced, high-quality stop motion film — and showcase it with confidence.

• Dates: July 27 - 31, 2026 
• Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM 
• Location: Salt Lake Store 
• Ages: 10+ (prior experience recommended)

• Students who have completed a Beginner Stop Motion Camp 
• Kids with prior stop motion experience 
• Creators ready to improve quality, storytelling, and technique 

🎁 What's Included 

Each participant receives an Advanced Stop Motion Kit, including: 

• 2 Baseplates 
• 3-Point Lighting Kit 
• Sticky Tack 
• Small Tub of Bulk LEGO® Pieces 
• Minifigure + specialty elements 

Participants must bring their own smart device (tablet or smartphone) to capture photos and create their animation.
